The theme of the ninth annual Weekend in Boca Civil Society Leadership Symposium was “Building Community: Strategies for Making a Difference.” The primary goals were to help nonprofit executives, board members and volunteers to gain a deeper understanding of strategies and practices they can use within their organizations to ensure long-term sustainability and continuing success in realizing their vision.
